Will Johnson... I don't believe you would continue to be Brinton Jones friend if you knew what he has resently done. Please read the letter posted at Matt Hopper's website:

I'm posting this letter to your forum because I believe you can relate to the situation. I know your guitar was stolen and that you recently played in Alaska as a fudraiser to make money to buy a new guitar. You know the pain of the "loss" of personal property.

Well, you associate Briton Jones has done this to Jared Woods. He has stolen his Gibson guitar. He will not return phone calls or e-mail. I was hoping that you would hopefully be able to contact Briton Jones and let him know what he did is wrong and to please mail Jared's guitar back to Alaska. I will begin posting similar messeges to all forums related to Briton Jones, Palomino, and to music. Also contacting Utah music venues, Mormon churches in Salt Lake City, and the local Salt Lake City police with the Anchorage police case # in hopes of contacting Brinton Jones with the message: please mail Jared Woods guitar back to him.

I hope you can help a fellow musician get his stolen property back.
